Add license information

Please could you add a license to this repository? From here:

Generally speaking, the absence of a license means that the default copyright laws apply. This means that you retain all rights to your source code and that nobody else may reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from your work. This might not be what you intend.

If you intend on this library being utilised, particularly by business, then a license is necessary.

There is an MIT license listed in the bower.json... but there is a hidden issue: https://github.com/andrewmcgivery/angular-soap/blob/master/soapclient.js comes from https://archive.codeplex.com/?p=JavaScriptSoapClient and is under the GPL-2.0, hence the GPL would apply wholesome to this package and not the MIT, IMHO.
