Address Edge Case w/ HumanUI & Grasshopper Player

If the Grasshopper window has never been opened (for example when running a script via the Grasshopper Player with Rhino Inside Revit), this will force it to open briefly, so that the HumanUI window can attach to it.

This edge case is already fixed on RiR itself on https://github.com/mcneel/rhino.inside-revit/commit/6520c6e9bd51a4520fc26b2947395650ef299ba9. It will be available on RiR v1.9.

The fix in RiR makes it work without making Grashopper window temporarily visible.
