bart_game_box not working

bart_game_box is returning an empty dataframe for all years

Yeah, so I turned off that API, which I guess effectively killed this package, because I'm getting ready to release an updated API with a new package, @bmargio. I won't be turning it back on.

For now, you can still grab all of that data here, including the game boxes.
