Unsupported (human) languages

Some languages that polls get run in pretty often but that aren't supported yet in languages.pm: Greek, Norwegian, Polish. Also, the Russian module is very poor.

I improved the Russian module but it would be great to get help from a native speaker, since neither Google Translate nor I speak Russian well.

It is not hard to add support for a new language. It would be awesome to get help from people who want CIVS to support their native language.

To update the dynamically generated web pages, you need to add a file to cgi-bin/languages like the ones that are there, and ideally also update html/static-translations.txt to update the statically generated web pages. Of course, the existing files can also be edited to improve existing language support as well.
