Exclude from restore

It would be nice to have an --exclude flag on bupstash restore to be able to restore a directory while excluding a large subdirectory. My current use-case is that I want to restore / while excluding a large directory that's mounted from a RAID device, but I imagine there are a lot of use-cases where this could come in handy.
