Auto Launch Discord?

Would you be open to a PR adding an option to automatically launch discord when the plugin starts? Is there a particular reason this plugin doesn't do this already?

Sure I'd be open to a PR.

There's no particular reason why the plugin doesn't do that already. I wrote it to see if it was possible and see how the plugin stuff worked, but that's about it.

I'd say if you want to take a stab at it, just make sure it's an opt-in feature. Personally, I only launch Discord sporadically when I'm playing something

hi, saw this issue and i really needed this feature too. i started working on this feature (ui and everything) here, it's still not fully functional as I'm having trouble actually launching discord from the plugin (flatpak is being annoying) but it should just be a matter of time until i figure it out
