Changing the first day of the week

Hello,

Great saas soft used by a local radio in France. (http://www.radiocampustours.com) I am actually searching a clue in order to define the first day of the week as Monday and not Sunday. Where to fix this parameter please ?

I am also trying to be able to delete the information on a day as the issue #24 and others describe. I can't get through because it do not even want to search with the date I define, here is the message : "No time for was found in the system for samuel on //." What should I have to do please ?
