Ignore template repositories

I just added support for detecting template repositories to the repos service: https://github.com/ecosyste-ms/repos/commit/bf00892eed985837f773ecce76cb8013720ccda0

We should ignore template repositories and probably also repositories generated from templates, so either template or template_full_name being truthy.
