When using the character "left angle bracket" < in the "Username" field of KeePass, the check for breaches based on usernames fails with the error message:

Unable to check haveibeenpwned.com (returned Status: InternalServerError)

I know this is a very uncommon character in usernames but in my case there are some entries with "<".
