Cloudbleed directory

Is it possible that KeePass downloads the Cloudbleed data in the same directory as KeePass is?

I'm using it as a portable installation. So "C:\ProgramData\KeePass" doesn't make really sense.

but that should be optional, not in general. Users may not have write access to the program directory
