Regularized syntax with LSTS '.tlc' file extension

It would be nice to have a syntactically pleasing frontend. This parser could aim for high-performance parsing while implementing coding best practices. Use the full range of C-style syntax extensions like order-of-operations style math etc. Making code easier to read can prevent a lot of bugs.
