Port to CoreCLR

Port to CoreCLR.

I was having many problems using StackExchange (Like https://github.com/StackExchange/StackExchange.Redis/issues/420) so i decided to port RedisBoost to CoreCLR and it's really working for me.

I think it's all working and the tests are passing (almost of them).

Follow an example of the benchmark test (Redis was not running local).

For me, the tabs to spaces conversion in the diff distract from the changes made.
