Create new tasks

Actual behaviour

Its not possible to create new tasks. Not as manager not as regular user, i added bot to the project and added one task so i can see the project (empty projects are not supported right now, according to another issue)

Expected behaviour

A big "+" like in some screenshots on the rename page to create a new task. So when i'm somewhere and i'm getting a new information i can create new task on the fly and don't have to write a note and put it there when at the computer.

Steps to reproduce

Configuration

• Kandroid version: 0.5.7
• Android/Mod version: 7.1.2
• Device type, name and manufacturer: OnePlus 3
• Kanboard version: 1.0.47 (with the manually changed .htaccess file so i can log in)
