Project URL with names instead of numbers

Currently a project URL contains some (long) unique integer identifier:

https://research-engine.appspot.com/################

where #s are numbers.

In my opinion, it would be preferable for the sake of share-ability to have a string related to the project name instead of these numbers.

The same would also be greatly appreciated for outreach posts. For example, today someone asked me to link them to my blog post entitled "Populating Hyperspace". This is the URL:

It would be great if it could be something like

https://research-engine.appspot.com/earlbellinger/outreach/Populating-Hyperspace
