Public outreach

I'd like to have a section for public outreach. Perhaps it'd be blog-like but maybe we can easily integrate G+, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter or similar tools. I's also like it to have an RSS feed. For now I will just create an empty placeholder with some schetch ideas in it.

Last commit 8dd7e3ded1d1099b9f62820166aee31b46d7fb78 implemented G+ comments in the Outreach page. I forgot to mention this issue in the commit message.

Since many users could already have a blog of their own, maybe this could just fetch the RSS feed of that blog (this was suggested by Cameron Neylon).
