Dragging a vertial slider scrolls the page

Hi, I put some sliders in a vertical way in a HTML page. Since the page is longer than the screen (on IOS tablet), when I try to drag a cursor, the entire body scrolls, instead of the cursor. How can i solve? Thanks!
