Fix LNURL handling and APIs access
Fixes: LNURL prefix has no ":" separator (line 27) LNURL prefix was being sliced out (line 30) URL fetching to cors-anywhere.herokuapp.com is broken: "From February 1st. 2021, cors-anywhere.herokuapp.com will only serve requests after the visitor has completed a challenge to temporarily unlock the demo for their browser" (https://github.com/Rob--W/cors-anywhere/issues/301)
