Outline: option to keep empty line breaks

Problem

As a Logseq user converting Markdown files I want to keep empty line breaks, in order to improve block readability.

Possible solution

• [ ] add an option --keep-line-breaks (or something similar) to the outline command
• [ ] don't discard line breaks when this flag is passed
