disable zoom in Frontend

is it possible to disable the zoom over php in frontend? chromium has a bug with --disable-pinch.

There seems to be no real way to disable zoom completely. Maybe there is one way you can use: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/27116221/prevent-zoom-cross-browser ?
