This code has long been upstreamed to upstream TianoCore UEFI - https://github.com/tianocore/edk2-platforms/tree/master/Platform/RaspberryPi/RPi3.

Incidentally, that's where Pi4 development is happening too.

Chances are your bug might be resolved in the newer code.
