Ok, I'll let you know. For now libmpsse seems to work fine with the exception that the real clock rate is 2/3 out of the clock rate I'm setting (100kHz)....

I understand. But does this influence the correct functioning of the setup? Is everything working as it should at this new (2/3)*setup frequency. Up until now it seems it does...
