add next event timer per arena

Hello , i have some arena and mini versions of it , so i want to have a reduced timer next event to not have too long and too short game on specific arenas and also add countdown per arena .

Will do? We already implemented something similar with the tab update when you can override settings from config.yml so should be easy to proceed with your request
