Displaying health info while hitting with egg, snowball, etc.

Describe the Bug:

• Displaying health message while hitting with Egg (Bridge), Ender Pearl, Snowball (BedBug) and Fireball? (I don't know is this is bug)

To Reproduce:

1. Buy one of these mentioned higher.
2. Shoot them into enemy.

Expected Behavior:

• Disable sending message when shooting with these items.
