I would suggest

Adding Team Selector Command:

    ex- /bw team <Color> (Accessible by only people with required permission)

Placeholder Showing Amount of player queued in team and MaxInTeam:

    ex- `%bw1058_team_count_<Color>%` and `%bw1058_team_max_<Color>%`

Would help in making better more Customizable Team Selector

There's an add-on for selecting teams. It should also have permissions for using it. Try searching on the wiki. There's a list of add-ons.

Team selector doesn't have a permission for giving the item or opening the gui, but it's opensource so you can implement by yourself what you want
