Explosive_Block Break

Describe the solution you'd like

1. When Allow-Block-Break is true the player can break blocks with fist but it wont break using TNT/Fireball........(According to hypixel it should break)=> Atleast it should be configurable so that it can be enabled or disabled.......
2. The Explosives should break blocks after we get victory.(Means: It should just break block with TNT like when the dragon spawns)[This can be made into effect by #445 ]

Describe alternatives you've considered None, Otherthan victory after dragon spawn..................
