Potion doesn't have custom name

Describe the bug All potion was named : Water Bottle

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Start a server with the plugin and spigot 1.8, and buy potion in shop gui

Expected behavior Potion need to be named like : Jump Boost, Speed...
