With custom EPG name, EPG won’t load

Scenario: adding a custom EPG via Remote EPG url.

if I put the word “guide” in the name field, then it’s url in the next field, once I click on save in few seconds an error message occurs: “Error Error downloading source file. Please check if the URL is right and if you have internet connection.”

it won’t happen if another word - other than “guide” - is used instead.
