Family pro subscription

Describe the bug I bought the pro subscription for one year. On the app store it shows that the subscription can be shared within the family. Trying also from another account does not work

I just purchased AppleTV iPlayTV app, and iPad 3-month subscription, but settings made in AppleTV are not being imported, even though the devices use same Apple ID.
