Vault webjob

What

Create a webjob that will backup a newly created comparison file to "vault" storage blob.

Why

Once comparison for a nuget for a given pair of version + target is created, there's really no need to create it again. In case production goes through disaster recovery, we could bring all already created comparison results and save on reproducing those. This could also help us scale geographically when service is used beyond Particular needs.

I'd say backlog and add when necessary.
