It would be great to play streaming audio!

I just wrote a comment to show how to get streaming an audio file working on iOS: https://github.com/andreaskeller/react-native-audioplayer/issues/16#issuecomment-242974515

I works for streaming audio files, not icecast like streams though (or maybe it does, I haven't checked)
