Custom functions to dial click

It would be cool to have some features offered for the click of the dial. It is on play pause in playback, and click (?) with scroll mode, but I think it would be cool to be able to customize what the dial click does, including a "change dial mode" function, maybe on long press. Just suggestions, if you can do that. It's an amazing tool already, thanks

I started implementing some of this in my fork (long press to change between modes, support for single-click, double-click and click&rotate) https://github.com/disarmyouwitha/mac-dial

I haven't got to work on any of the usability stuff, like allowing people to change what the dial does when clicked, but I would like to soon. =]

I'll try and do a pull request here to see if any of the changes get accepted.
