This probably wasn't a regression from a Gecko change, but rather something else. However, needs to be fixed.

But yeah, perf regression testing is in the works. (Our story for regression testing of gfx perf in Gecko everywhere is crap, BTW. B2G not any worse, sadly. Working on that too.)

Is this the "Meet The Cubs" under "Videos"? On the Nexus S I see lots of tearing and flickering (like a black background is flashing between frames).
