Need make update-time hack in Makefile

Time and timezone need to be set correctly for lockscreen and sms to display properly.

@kanru Good question, need ask @cgjones or @cleemoz on this. Can make script accept commend-line argument?

@cleemoz Just talked to @kanru about this. I think the hack should take commend-line argument and exit with error if the user didn't specify the timezone.

User need to know exactly what the hack did to the phone when running it.

make update-time Europe/Barcelona will help you set up the phone for demo.
