Bluetooth only usable on SGS2 with low power mode turned off, may cause higher battery consumption

In relation to #124, we've had to turn off bluetooth low power mode on the sgs2 to get the bluetooth firmware to work correctly. This may cause more power consumption than we want, so it's worth it to look at this again at some point once we're using BT more.
