Fixed boolean parsing

Hello,

There was a small issue in the parsing of the xsd:boolean datatype (reference here: https://www.w3schools.com/XML/schema_dtypes_misc.asp), which led to an incorrect model frame in the conversion. Also made the "get_tag" a bit more robust.
