Create collaboration page

Here we should put all credits info. People helping to realize the conference, credits about used material and so on.

@andreaforni ho creato un branch su rubydayit/conference_site, si chiama collaboration-page puoi fare push direttamente lì, e poi appena c'è qualcosa puoi fare una pull in cui continuiamo la conversazione :)
