Highlight/spotlight view on tooltip display

Hi, can we add a masking view that focus on the pointed view, darken (or colorize) the entire view currently shown, and do like a cutout to focus on the pointed view.

The darken is already there (shouldShowMask), the cutout can be tricky, I have to think about it a bit
