AMPopTipActionAnimationPulse causes text margins to display incorrectly after tooltip button is tapped a second time

If I ask for a sample showing the issue is because I can't reproduce the issue on my sample project, please avoid +1s with no further details. I'm more than happy to fix the issue, but I need to be able to test it myself. I've tried to use pulse(1.1) on the demo project, the margins seem fine everytime the tip is shown.
