Add global bookmarks

I would like to see global bookmarks in bibisco and a good way to access and manage them.

• anywhere in the metadata (architectur, character info, locations...)
• anywhere in the final text The bookmarks should have a title and a freetext to allow to add notes.

What is a possible use case of global bookmark?

Imagine you are writing a scene and you discover something that you want to add later, or you discover an inconsistency somewhere else and you want to mark the current or the other spot for later inspection. I would use it as indexes, as todo list, as reminder, and as a guide to navigate quickly. Do you understand what I mean?
