recentrated: Don't link to private profiles

User got an email with one [TTTT ] link to a private strange profile (spam bot?): User neither saw the stupid review text, nor can do anything with the linked private profle page.

Better: check reviewer status (extra request?) and if private, indicate [p]rivate account and:

• link to the book page
• or show the review text in the email
• or drop this review
