allow rotate on import

For some unknown reasons most footprints are rotated 90 degrees anti-clockwise. It would be nice to allow rotating them back to their normal direction on import. A simple interactive prompt could ask this to the user when such a rotated footprint is detected on import.

Could even be "clever" and rotate when the labels are all rotated, as that is a sure hint!
