Sporadic Access Violation on exit

Describe the bug Once in a blue moon an Access Violation is produced when the application is terminating.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start BTM
  2. Do some stuff
  3. Save
  4. Exit
  5. Error

Additional context The exact same exception, at the same location, and with the same calls stack has been observed in other projects (For example the Horizon project). The only code shared between all these projects are the DevExpress library.
