Match up "http://(etc.)" and "https://(etc.)".

BDC considers "http://(etc.)" and "https://(etc.)" as different locations.

I suggest that when such bookmarks are found, list them as the same location, but note which is/are "http:" and which is/are "https:" in the right-hand column.

For example, I found that I have both "https://faxzero.com/" and "http://faxzero.com/" bookmarked, but BDC doesn't match them up.
