Enhancement request

Please consider making it easier and quicker to remove duplicates.

1. After a duplicate is removed please select the next duplicate automatically so it shows in the right window. This will save the user from having to select it.
2. When a user clicks on a duplicate on the right window, Please leave it selected. Currently if a user selects a second item on the right the first item is deselected.
3. Please allow A to select all in the right window. It would be really nice if you had a key combination to select all but one entry.
4. Please consider including Empty folders.
5. Please consider including Duplicate folders.
