Conversion to netstandard

Howdy Andery - wondering what your intentions are as to converting over to netstandard. Do you take PR's?

Hi @ghuntley,

I don't have firm plans on it yet, but I am open to converting over to netstandard and certainly take PRs. Additionally, it would need to support v2 of the DNSimple API. See #16 for more info.
