Integration Coverage for New Pacakges

What would you like to be added: We've had a lot of catalogers added for syft. We should do a quick scrub on the integration test side to make sure we can keep adding coverage where appropriate for these new language types:

Why is this needed: Prove out grype detection of new language types in v4 and protect against their regressions.
