Turning down old Grype DB Schemas - schema v1, v2 will go EOL on 20 November 2024

This issue tracks the work to turn down the infra related to Grype DB Schema v1 and Grype DB Schema v2. (Note to concerned visitors: anyone using grype after v0.13.0, which was released in 1 June 2021, is not by this change. If you are using a version of Grype from May 2021 or before, it's time to upgrade.) See also the official announcement on Discourse

• [ ] Turn off v1 and v2 support in the grype-db schema support matrix. This will turn off publishing and testing of these schema versions.
