Multiple monitor setting doesn't save

on Windows 10 version 10.0.19045 Build 19045 with 2 monitors IOGraph has multiple monitors on by default, when unchecking it from the drop down it doesn't change, then clicking on the settings wheel it's checked there, unchecking that box there too gives me the prompt, but doesn't change multiple monitor use and still uses both

Edit: updated Java to the latest version issue persists.

Workaround: if you uncheck -> Check the box for the message prompt to come and do it twice IOGraph should change from dual to single monitor use.
