no support for ios 17.3? how to fix

My iOS device is an iPhone 11 Pro, currently running the latest version of iOS 17.3. However, when I try to deploy this program to my phone using Xcode, it tells me "The run destination my iPhone is not valid for Running the scheme 'Unity-iPhone'." Xcode does not support iOS 17.3. It was already not working when I was on iOS 17.1, so I thought updating iOS might help since I downloaded Xcode 15, which supports iOS 17.2 and above. But it still doesn't work. I see that this project supports Apple mobile devices running iOS 14 or greater, so in theory, it should support version 17.3, right? Why doesn't it?
