Q: How to update to latest commit

First off, thanks for this package.

I open monky by M-x monky-status, then I press 'f' the pull the latest commits from the repo. It's all working, but how do I update to the latest commit?

I read through the docs, pressed ? in both the monky-status as in the monky-log (branches) buffers and didn't find a reference to updating.
